Total Assurance
Our Total Assurance contracts are ideal for those organisations who want their entire computer network pro-actively managed on a day-to-day basis. By monitoring your network and installing patches as they are issued dramatically reduces the likelihood of a significant failure and subsequent loss of productivity for you organisation. Prepay-IT
Our Prepay-IT support bundles are designed to meet the needs of those organisations that have a degree of internal expertise but want guaranteed access to external help with defined response times when required. You pre-purchase a bundle of support time which can be used whenever you wish, from regular help with routine tasks to emergency call-outs when something goes wrong. [more ... ]
Ad-hoc and One-off Projects
If you just need help with a one-off project – perhaps the installation of new hardware or a major software update for example, we are happy to work on an ad-hoc basis. Each project is considered on its own merits and we provide a written estimate according to your requirements. The work will then be scheduled in to suit your timescales and the availability of our engineers to work on the project. As there is no long-term contract this type of working is not suitable for on-going maintenance and support, but can be used alongside our other support contracts where appropriate – installing or relocating equipment for a new office for example.
LifeCycle Management
For those organisation that want a totally outsourced IT System our unique LifeCycle Management contract adds complete provision, support, and replacement of all hardware and software on a planned basis for a fixed monthly fee which is fully tax-deductable.
