Lifecycle Management Contract
For organisations that our looking to outsource their entire IT infrastructure, our Lifecycle Management contract includes all the benefits and features of our ‘Total Confidence’ contract together with the following :
- All your desktop and laptop hardware investment is included in a fixed monthly cost – you pay us to provide you with the user’s hardware and support over a fixed minimum term period;
- Options to include servers, routers, switches and other hardware peripherals within the contract;
- Replacement of your hardware, PCs, laptops and peripherals when a new contract is signed for;
