Annual Support Contracts
For those organisations that would prefer the certainty of a fixed-price contract regardless of the amount of support required, we offer straightforward annual contracts which provide unlimited telephone support for a simple monthly fee.
Our annual support contracts are priced based on the number of desktop units (PCs or laptops) and servers you have. This can include remote devices such as PCs and laptops kept/used at home. The monthly fee is shown in Table 1
The contract covers all telephone support for your network regardless of how much you need to call us. In addition, as an annual contract customer, where site visits are required we discount our ad-hoc rates, currently by £10/hour.

Pro-active Monitoring
Our pro-active monitoring contract keeps tabs on your PCs and servers to make sure your network is running smoothly. Disc performance, back-ups, anti-virus software updates and key system health indicators are continuously monitored so that small problems can be fixed before they come major problems.
Should an issue arise we will contact you to advise what the problem is. If you are also a telephone support contract customer we will also attempt to diagnose and repair the problem remotely at no extra charge. If a site visit is required, with remote monitoring we are more likely to fix the problem on the first visit based on the remote diagnostics we have received.
Consultancy and major projects
Our annual contracts do not cover additional work such as new hardware installation or network re-configuration and upgrades. Where consultancy or major project is is required, for customers on annual support contracts our standard ad-hoc rate for engineers, IT consultants and managers is discounted by up to £25/hour (see Table 3).
All project work will be quoted for and agreed with you in advance so that there are no hidden charges. As we say – we know how you hate unexpected charges!
