Proactive Monitoring and Problem Prevention
A key feature of our Total Confidence contract is that we continuously monitor your network with sophisticated software to detect potential problems before they become serious issues.
You do not need to worry about hard disk drive failures, backup failures or other server-related problems – we keep track of your entire network’s performance. Where we see a problem developing, such as reduced disc-drive performance, or back-up failures for example, we will attempt to tune your system remotely to resolve the issue. If we cannot achieve this remotely we will contact you and arrange a site visit to carry out any remedial work required.
Comprehensive monthly reports provide information on the state of your network, any issues that arose, and the action we have taken to resolve those issues.
When purchasing new hardware, our technical experts will discuss with you how to maximise the benefit from using your new equipment together with ensuring that it has inbuilt fault tolerant options which minimise downtime of your essential equipment.
